The list is in rough chronological order. No new countries in 2009, but four new states (Hawaii, Michigan, Wisconsin and Mississippi ~ and Minnesota, too, if airports count) and several new airports (Honolulu, O'Hare, Detroit, Minneapolis, Peoria, Springfield, Sanford, FL, Grand Rapids).
