I am the worst at menu planning! Sometimes it works out. Sometimes it doesn't. :)
Yesterday it worked out. :)
Jim has been asking for me to cook a ham, so yesterday I did. And then after 5 pm, I started thinking about what I might serve with the ham.
It turns out that for supper, we had ham, frozen broccoli, refrigerator crescent rolls, Knorr Italian Sides (creamy garlic shells), lettuce salad, and fruit salad. For having no menu plan, it was a pretty impressive meal, if I do say so myself.
Today might be a dud, though.
