We definitely do not travel as much with children. :)
A last minute trip to Florida for a funeral :( gave us special family reunions and also a few days at the beach for just us four. :) Thankfully, both children did really well on the flights (& thankfully we had a direct flight!).
Our pre-planting getaway was a real treat, as always! The B&B Jim found was so~o~o relaxing!
Four trips to Wisconsin (or maybe it was five? or six? Who knows?) ~ one with both kids having GI issues) :( , one sans kids with our small group (really fun!), one with cousins, and one where I met a Japanese mom :) ~ and our usual two to Tennessee rounded out the year.
We're thankful for the many friends and relatives who stopped by our little corner of the Midwest this year ... more than in other years, it seemed. Our 6-week break from Little Guy's school was filled with either visits from others or our own trips. What wonderful memories!
