This hasn't been an easy season (perhaps for you, too?), but our life really is full of blessings ...
beautiful Christ-honoring music (our church concert, high school Madrigals, other concerts, and Sunday morning worship!),
wonderful caring & loving Sunday School teachers & Awana leaders,
adult Sunday School series on Zechariah,
testimonies of church members walking with the Lord in tough times,
sermon series on the post-exilic prophets (Today's sermon was exceptional!),
festive cloth napkins from Dollar General, :)
plans to be with family,
a meal plan to carry us through 12/22 at least,
hand-me-downs (giving & receiving),
4th grade boys & building friendships with their moms,
Moms in Prayer,
good sleep (& a comfy couch for nights when sleep doesn't come),
a good IEP meeting at school last week, starting the process of testing for visual processing disorder for one child and auditory processing for the other (& maybe both for both - that's how we roll!),
the phone call that that child's name came up on the waitlist for auditory processing testing (Hooray! & Praise God! Waitlists these days are insane!).
