Long before I found my cheerful yellow quilt one December in Japan, my college roommate made me a very warm quilt! She put lots of extra quilt batting (?) in it, so I would be warm in unheated bedrooms in Japan. I still sleep under it!
The fabric squares remind me of various parts of our dorm room decor (think early 90s). ;)
